Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Late Policy

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, a $20 late fee will be applied. If you are late more than 30 minutes to the appointment, you will be charged the total amount of your appointment and the appointment will be cancelled. We are aware that things happen, so please communicate and we can make reasonable accommodations.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. No Shows and Day off cancelations will result in 50% charge of the original services.
